Gasoil barge prices in the Benelux ports jumped into positive territory late Thursday after three months of trading at a discount to the IPE contract.Increasing demand for heating oil from inland Germany as well as recent gasoil exports from Amsterdam,Rotterdam and Antwerp to West Afica have caused a sharp rally in prices,sources said,despite high Rhine barge costs and a slight contango structure between the IPE October and November contracts.
