International crude:North sea pressured by Urals

Some slippage was noted to North Sea dated premiums,with February sales slower than anticipated,said trading sources.Brent,Forties and Oseberg premiums narrowed in sharply with the slow offtake of the Feb Oseberg program again leaving Oseberg the weakest link out of the BFO market as it reset the dated assessment for the second consecutive day.
