A semblance of sanity returned to Singapore's bunker market Wednesday as recent tightness eased slightly and more suppliers offered product from Mar 26 onwards. The spread between 380 CST bunkers and cargoes of the same product while wide at us32.625/mt, still narrowed slightly from Tuesday's us36.25/mt.
