A theory of magnetization (de Haas-van Alphen) oscillations in two-dimensional (2D) electron systems with sharp and Lorentzian broadened spin-split Landau levels is developed in the formalism of the level approach. The influence of thermodynamic equilibrium transfer of electrons between closed and open parts of the Fermi surface is taken into account (the reservoir of electrons on magnetically unperturbed states). Analytical expressions for calculation of wave forms and amplitudes are obtained for ultralow temperatures (in the sense k(B)TGamma>(L) where Gamma (L) is the Lorentzian broadening). It is shown that electron transfer determines all the wave forms of spin-split oscillations (stretching from inverse sawtooth for fixed chemical potential to sawtooth at constant number of electrons in spin-split levels, including all shapes between in conditions of moderate degree of transfer). The conditions are considered for spin-split structure to occur depending on the level broadening and the tilt angle between the magnetic field direction and the normal to the 2D plane.
