Die cast/foundry alloy: Supply overhang a result of increased imports

CRU contacts report that there is an oversupply of secondary aluminium ingot and scrap units, especially zorba and twitch, in the USA. While the oversupply of scrap has resulted in lower scrap margins, the oversupply on secondary ingot has put downward pressure on ingot prices.
