The oblique interaction of small- but finite-amplitude KdV-type electrostatic-acoustic solitary structures is examined in an unmagnetized three-component pair-plasma using extended Poincare-Lighthill-Kuo (PLK) perturbation method. The nonlinear evolution equations along with other coupled differential equations describing the phase variation of colliding waves were derived from the basic equations. Based on numerical analysis, we found that small changes in fractional pair-temperature, their fractional density-number or collision angle between solitary waves can significantly alter the phase shifts of colliding solitons. Numerical findings also reveal that the collisional phase-shifts in soliton trajectories changes the sign for some colliding angle (depending on plasma fractional parameters) in the range 0 < theta < pi.
