The European Rotterdam ingot premium has continued to head upwards, with the Rotterdam duty unpaid premium now trading at $185-195/ t, and the duty paid premium in the $250-260/ t range. The upwards momentum has been attributed to warehousing deals, and the difficulty in getting material out of LME warehouses, causing a tight physical market.
