Shell Restarts Pulau Bukom Complex; Lifts Declaration of Force Majeure

Pulau Bukom— Shell Chemicals has restarted its Pulau Bukom, Singapore, ethylene cracker complex following a 14 Oct. 2015 "operational upset" and the complex is "running normally," a Shell spokesperson confirmed to PCN. As a result of the "upset," the company declared force majeure on base chemical products. The force majeure was lifted on 19 Oct.
