PTTGC, Perstorp Forming JV to Produce, Sell Products for Polyurethane Industry

Grenoble- PTT Global Chemical (PTTGC) and Perstorp have entered into an agreement to form a joint venture for the global production and sales of aromatic and aliphatic isocyanates. The venture, owned 51% by PTTGC and 49% by Perstorp, will include Perstorp's former coating additives business group, which has manufacturing facilities in Pont-de-Claix, France, and Freeport, Texas.
