Shanghai—Messer Group has signed an industrial gases joint venture agreement with Quanhui Petrochemical Industrial Park at the Meizhouwan petrochemical site in Fujian, China. The venture, Fujian Quanhui Messer Gas Co. Ltd., will invest in gas production facilities to provide complete industrial gas services to petrochemical companies operating in the park, as well as to merchant customers in the surrounding markets, Messer explained.
