Brazilian upstream regulator ANP on Thursday launched an auction for 10 mature oil and gas blocks in three basins across the country. The acreage, all containing what the ANP defines as "marginal accumulations" of hydrocarbons, includes three areas in the Espirito Santo Basin, four in the Reconcavo Basin and three in the Potiguar Basin.
