Valero Sells Terminals to MLP Affiliate

Valero Energy Partners - the master limited partnership (MLP) affiliate of independent refiner Valero - said it has acquired the McKee Terminal Services business from Valero for $240 million. The terminal business is expected to contribute about $28 million to Valero Energy Partners' earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (Ebitda) over the first year of operation.
