State-run Indian Oil Corp. (IOC), India's largest refiner and fuel retailer, expects the country's gasoline demand to continue its double-digit rate of growth and diesel consumption to pick up as the world's ninthlargest economy expands. While India's gasoline demand has jumped by over 13% in the first 10 months of the current financial year that began Apr. 1, diesel demand has only grown by just over 5%, IOC's Chairman B. Ashok told reporters at a news conference on Friday evening.
