Geopark Reports Colombia Oil Find

Geopark has announced an oil discovery at its Chachalaca 1 exploration well in the Llanos 34 block in Colombia. The company operates the block and holds a 45% working interest. Tests conducted with an electrical submersible pump in the Mirador formation showed a production rate of about 1,100 barrels of oil per day. The oil has an API gravity of 30°.
