The relative quality of different crude oils will play a bigger role in setting price differentials over the next 18 months, Plains All American Pipeline said Tuesday. "While the majority of the focus over the last two years has been on geopolitical and bottleneck related issues ... we believe quality rated differentials will become more prevalent," said Chief Executive Gary Oldman.
