Russia’s energy ministry is drawing upa new timetable for refiners to switch tomaking Euro-standard fuels in a bid toavoid a repeat of the products shortagesthat affected some regions badly in lateApril and early May.Energy Minister Sergei Shmatko toldthe state Duma, or lower house of parlia-ment, that the plan is to let refiners pro-duce and sell Euro-2 gasoline until 2012,Euro-3 until 2014 and Euro-4 until 2015.
