Should the owners of Cradle Resources Ltd be a tad nervous about the goings on of late at their company? Or should they feel reassured by analysts from GMP Securities and Patersons given their strong endorsements of Cradle and its Panda Hill niobium project earlier this year? The reason shareholders might be fretting is the delay between when the company announced it was raising equity in late February and, as of last week, the raising's non-completion.
