GOLD prices will rise to about US$1,850/oz before the end of the year, driven largely by money printing initiatives in the US and gold-friendly "shocks"from Europe, according to Thomson Reuters GFMS. In its Gold Survey 2013, GFMS said the metal should reach the mid US$1,800/oz mark in 2013, making it the 12th consecutive year of higher gold prices.
