Ultrabroadband multiprobe reflectometer

摘要

Novel synthesis of multiprobe reflectometers is presented. A developed estimation of measurement conditions allows for the choice of spacings between probes ensuring wideband operation. To verify the proposed concept, the multiprobe reflectometer having bandwidth 0.15-8GHz has been manufactured. The measurement results are close to ones obtained using vector network analyzer (VNA).
