MOSCOW - Chelyabinsk Steel Works (Mechel) and its majority shareholder; Yuzhny Kuzbass coal trading group, said last week they will form a coal and steel holding company.Alexei lvanushkin, chairman of the board of Mechel and the company's former general director; told the press that the Beloretsk Steel Works and the Yuzhuralnikel nickel plant will also be part of the new group, as well as the Uglemet Trading company.
