LONDON - UK ferrous scrap prices are set to rise by 2 pounds per tonne for nearly all grades of material for deliveries in May as a result of a similar increase in dock prices for export material. Only cast iron grades look set to be unchanged in May.Domestic prices continue to be affected by stronger export sales -shipments to the Far East and North America in particular have been strong through the early pert of 2002, said observers.
