World Trade Organization members risk failing to deliver the breakthrough needed this month in order to conclude the Doha Round of trade negotiations this year, WTO Director-General Pascal Lamy warned ambassadors in Geneva on Tuesday. Delay would further jeopardize the world economy and the most vulnerable countries, he stressed. "He pretty much said, 'You need to decide what you are going to do. Are you going to do this thing or not'?" reported one delegate who attended the closed meeting, according to Reuters.
