China doles out tough sentences for clenbuterol, arrests 2,000 for adulteration

Ltd., one of the country's top meat processors, for their parts in contaminating and selling pork laced with clenbuterol, a growth agent that makes animals leaner, the Chinese news agency Xinhua reports.
