摘要

More than half of U.S. poultry producers who were previously approved for export to Russia could lose that status as a result of failing to comply with the new veterinary requirements, according to sources quoted in the Russian business newspaper Novye Izvestia.Last year nearly 300 U.S. plants were licensed to supply poultry to Russia. Russian experts speculate that this fall only about 150 plants will be able to ship chicken that hasn't been treated with chlorinated antimicrobials.
