UK agency angers Belgium with report on meat from clones

The UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) has issued a summary of its investigation into products from cloned animals and their offspring entering the food chain, including full findings and possible action going forward (see FCN Aug. 23, Page 6).However, the Belgian food safety agency (AFSCA) denies FSA's claims that meat from offspring of clones was on sale in that country.
