Spain: Jan-Apr exports up 2% on year

Spain’s April exports of sulphuric acid were up 7% year on year at 107,534 mt, leaving imports for January- April up 2% at 372,798 mt. Brazil was the largest outlet for April tonnes, taking 37,672 mt, marking the largest monthly volume to Brazil since July 2014. This was followed by Cuba and Morocco with 19,601 mt and 19,049 mt respectively. This represented the largest Spanish acid shipment to Cuba since October 2014.
