UAN values in the Americas are set to hold their ground in the short term rather than reflect subtantial further increases. In contrast, European UAN values have moved higher owing to prompt demand for the UAN application season in Q1 2017. Support from firm urea prices is less apparent following price-adjustments subsequent to the cancellation of the STC tender in India. UAN-30 prices at Rouen are now at ?154-158/mt FCA. German UAN-28 prices also saw a continued rise to ?140-146/mt FCA supported by higher AN and CAN prices posted by Yara in Germany and France.
