Mexico: DAP/MAP/TSP exports decline

Mexico exported around 421,000 mt DAP/MAP/TSP in the first seven months 2016, a 3.5% decline on the same period in 2015, according to IHS GTA. The country exported 82,333 mt DAP in the first seven months of 2016, a 13% decline year on year. July exports were the highest since January 2016 at 13,866 mt. Almost all of Mexico's exports went to Chile in July, the highest deliveries since September 2013 at 12,680 mt. In the seven months of 2016 Chile received 30%, or 24,830 mt, Germany 26%, or 21,560 mt, and Colombia 16% or 12,853 mt.
