Pupuk Kaltim scrapped its September 22 ammonia export tender for 20-25,000 mt after bids received were deemed too low. The producer had set the reserve price (Owners Estimate or OE) at $261/mt FOB. Mitsui was reported to have bid $201/mt FOB while FertComm was at $195/mt FOB. Trammo elected not to compete for the tonnage.
