Morocco: H1 acid imports more than double

Morocco’s June imports of sulphuric acid jumped 178% year on year to 144,234 mt, as imports for the first half of the year more than doubled to 668,932 mt. Germany was the biggest source of tonnes in H1, supplying 130,109 mt, up from only 8,538 mt in H1 2015. This was followed by Spain with 115,229 mt, up 12% year on year.
