India's IPL offered the lowest price in a tender for 30,000 mt DAP from Nepal's Salt Trading Corporation Ltd which closed September 26, according to traders. IPL is said to have offered $394.90/mt CIF to warehouses in Biratnagar, Birgunj and Bhaiahawa, with bagging done at a transit port in India (Vizag). If secured from China this price likely represents around $310/mt FOB or slightly lower.
