Kazakhstan: Stocks up at Tengiz

Sources suggested that there has been sulphur stockbuild at the TengizChevroil site in Kazakhstan. As the rail link to China became expensive, 300,000 mt of stock which had been planned for sale in the third quarter did not make it out of the country.
