Malaysia's imports of phosphate rock in the first seven months of the calendar year fell 18% compared with the same period a year earlier, according to the latest IHS GTA data. Imports reached 187,230 mt January through July, with around 55% of the volumes from Egypt (103,790), while Senegal loaded 25,020 mt, Christmas Island 23,130 mt and Peru 20,350 mt.
