India: CIL talks continue; spot weak

CIL continues to discuss contractual prices on its balance volumes for 2016, sources said. Most Indian contracts settled for 2016 have been reported in the mid-to-high $20s/mt CFR, though there have also been settlements in the low $20s/mt CFR.
