Acron's total output down 1.4% in Q1

Acron’s total commercial chemical and fertilizer output in the first quarter dropped 1.4% year-on-year to 1.59 million mt, the company said April 25. Ammonia production in Q1 totalled 467,000 mt, up from 450,000 mt in the same three months of 2015. Other nitrogen fertilizers production increased to 862,000 mt from 795,000 mt previously, with urea output up 13% at 174,000 mt.
