Europe:Contracts drag on as buyers seek larger falls

European contract negotiations for Q1 2016 sulphur continued,as buyers pushed for greater decreases in the wake of the recent US settlement. Sources said that European sellers had originally offered a rollover in December,but had since decreased this to minus$5/mt.
