New Zealand: July rock imports slump 99%

New Zealand's imports of phosphate rock in July were down 99% year on year at just 507 mt, according to the latest customs data via IHS Global Trade Atlas. Rock imports in the seven months of the calendar year fell 48% to 191,354 mt from the same period a year earlier. About 70% of imports came from Morocco, down 45% year on year, with the remainder from South Africa, Nauru, Peru and China.
