Senegal: H1 sulphur imports up 15%, majority from UAE

Senegal imported 65,619 mt of sulphur in June, bringing its total for the first six months of the year to 168,971 mt, up 15% year on year. The June tonnes came from Kazakhstan, which supplied 33,000 mt, and the UAE, with 32,600 mt. This marked the first imports to Senegal from Kazakhstan since April 2015 and the largest on record.
