China: gMOP buying increases in the Northeast

Chinese port wholesale prices are seen lower on the back of sales of cheaper Russian red standard product while buying continues to increase for granular MOP in Northeast China. A few parcels of Russian red standard MOP are being traded at a new low of RMB 1,800/mt FCA ($278/mt FCA), down RMB 50 from the previous low seen in the last few weeks. The high end of the port wholesale range remains unchanged at RMB 2,050/mt FCA ($317/mt FCA).
