Canada's Potash Ridge receives investment

Canadian-based SOP junior Potash Ridge Corporation will receive an investment of CAD $1 million ($760,630) from Switzerland’s NHP Asset Management AG by way of a private placement, the company announced April 5. Under the terms of the placement commitment, NHP will acquire 6.67 million Potash Ridge units at CAD $0.15 ($0.11) per share.
