US NOLA: Floor found, for now

Granular urea barges appeared to find a floor with trades down to $199/st FOB starting late last week through May 10 and including prompt physical offers through brokers. By May 11 spot load dates and loaded barges had traded at $202/st, $205/st, $206/st, $207/st and $210/st FOB. The latter price was for a barge moving north on a tow.
