Turkey: AS imports fall in August

Turkish AS imports stood at 59,778 mt in August 2016, a decrease of 18% year on year. Total Turkish AS offtake for January-August 2016 was 527,168 mt, a fall of 20% on the same period in 2015. Turkey imported 175,279 mt AS from Belgium in the first eight months of this year, up 87% on last year.
