Malaysia: AS imports from China still growing

Malaysian AS imports for March 2016 reached 49,577 mt, a decline of 22% year-on-year, according to GTIS. Total offtake for the January-March 2016 period was 214,572 mt, a rise of 18% on the same period the previous year. Overall Malaysian AS imports from China in the first three months of this year rose 57% at 140,236 mt.
