ICL to end MOP production at UK Boulby mine by 2018

ICL announced that it was phasing out potash production at its UK Boulby mine in favour of producing polysulphate in a restructuring plan that will see 220 workers lose their jobs. The restructuring, which is expected to be completed in 2018, will also result in a reduction of 140 contractors, according to an ICL press release.
