Tunisia: La Skhira restarts but not Gabes

Production has resumed at the TIFERT phosphoric acid plant at La Skhira but DAP production remains suspended at Gabes. Protestors have been blocking the railway lines into Gabes over the past month with a continual sit-in and as such the plant is unable to receive a regular supply of phosphate rock.
