Namhae has finally concluded a 7,000 mt spot purchase from Mitsui for second half March delivery off the Gas Quantum. While no exact price details pertaining to the deal have been disclosed, values around $500/mt CFR are still thought to be representative of the current market. SFC said it still discussing the potential purchase of an additional 7- 9,000 mt cargo outside contract commitments for delivery at the end of March with a trader. It will receive a 23,000 mt contract cargo from Sabic off the Al Jabirah early next month and 25,000 mt from Yara mid April.
