While traders appear content to continue to short Black Sea prills into the $260s/mt FOB, marketers were maintaining quotes for March around an even $280/mt FOB. Small sales over the week for North Africa at that number are cited in support of the demands. Sellers do however concede that sales above $273/mt FOB for April loading are not achievable, but are so far unwilling to accept demands from traders well below $270/mt FOB.
