Belaruskali may see fall in exports during 2015

Potash producer Belaruskali may see a fall in yearly exports compared with 2014 as buyers hold full inventories, Bloomberg reported on April 22. The company plans to export at least 8 million mt this year, Chief Executive Officer Ivan Golovaty said. Anything less than 9.5 million mt would be a fall on last years exports. A fall in exports would be surprising considering that Golovaty said in December the company wanted to maintain high levels of output throughout this year in order to achieve at least 18% of the world's potash market in 2015.
