BHP completes acquisition of Athabasca Potash

BHP BILLITON Canada Inc. March 23 announced that it has completed the acquisition, pursuant to the Plan of Arrangement, of all the issued and outstanding common shares of Athabasca Potash Inc (API). BHP Billiton paid C$8.35 (US$8.20) cash per common share of API.
