Projects: Tata signs deal for SOP pilot unit

INDIA’S TATA Chemicals Thursday signed a public-private partnership with the country’s Department of Science and Technology and Central Salt & Marine Chemicals Research Institute (CSMCRI), a constituent body of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, aimed at setting up a 3 mt/day potassium sulphate research project at its site in Mithapur on the western coast of Gujarat state.
